Charles William Starnes, II was born December 13, 1953 in Houston, Texas. He passed from this life on May 23, 2025 in Center, Texas. He was the son of Charles William Starnes, Sr. and Rita Walden. He was 71 years of age.
He graduated from High School and joined the United States Marine Corps. He served his country for 4 years and attained the rank of Corporal (E-4). He qualified for the Rifle Marksman Badge, the National Defense Service Medal, a Presidential Unit Citation and the Good Conduct Medal.
His life time work was as a furniture refurbished.
He is being laid to rest by his wife here in Sunset Memorial Park.
