

His funeral service will be on Monday, July 18, 2011 at 1:00 pm. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Nacogdoches, Tx, with Dr. R. LaRell Nielson conducting.
Frank will be remembered by his family and friends by his most distinctive laugh. He enjoyed people and living life to its fullest. Frank loved political philosophy, Cleveland Indians, photography and logic. When he met his wife Virginia, they made it a goal to become one in every way possible. Her loves became his loves and his passions became hers. They were living examples to their community of the love they shared together. He was a former professor of political science at Stephen F. Austin State University for 17 years and a current professor at Lone Star College at CyFair. Frank loved learning, loved life and could find something new to discover every day. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
He is survived by his wife Virginia Rigby of Humble, Texas; ex-wife, Margit Codispoti of Fort Wayne, Indiana; daughters, Emile Fairbanks and husband Lee, Alika Codispoti, Heather Varley and husband Richard of Grapeland, Tx., Hilary Rigby of Alaska; son, Joel Rigby of Humble; sisters, Mary Dietrich and husband Jim, Carol Scalf; brothers, Nick Codispoti and wife Carmel, Len Codispoti, all of Ohio, Tom Codispoti and wife Mary of North Carolina.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation for friends and guests will be Sunday, July 17 from 5:00pm to 7:00 pm at Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors at 5400 North Street Nacogdoches, Texas, 75965.
