

Jennifer Lee Gibson, 57, of Nacogdoches, passed away on May 17, 2021 along with her mother Sonia Keath, following a tragic car accident. Jennifer (Jennie) was born in Lawton, Oklahoma on April 27,1964 to Jack Gibson and Sonia Keath.
Jennie was a tremendous gift to this world as she was born with an intellectual disability, but a superior capacity for love and passion for life. Jennie never met a stranger and blessed everyone she knew with her infectious smile. Jennie, along with her mother Sonia and step-father Walt Keath, were long-time residents of Arlington, Texas before recently moving to Nacogdoches to be closer to family. Jennie leaves behind her step-father, Walt Keath, and her siblings, Jackie Badders and her husband Jeff of Nacogdoches, Texas; Rex Gibson and his wife Mary Jo, of Melbourne, Florida; and Andrea Ramos and her husband Robert of Austin, Texas. She additionally leaves behind her Aunts Juanita and Mary. Jennie loved and adored all of her family and will be greatly missed by dozens of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to a visitation from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 21, 2021, at Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Home. A Rosary reading will begin at 7:00 p.m. officiated by Deacon David Darby.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, May 22, 2021, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Nacogdoches officiated by The Reverend George Elliot.
