Terrance L. "Terry" McBride

Born May 11, 1954, in St. Louis, Missouri, Terry grew up in Florissant, Missouri, and had lived in the Lufkin/Nacogdoches area for a number of years. A U.S. Navy veteran, Terry was a longtime employee of Nacogdoches School District's maintenance department as an electrician.

Mr. McBride loved football and was always an avid fan of whichever team was playing AGAINST the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed fishing and camping and cooking for his family and friends’ gatherings. Terry loved his family, friends and his dogs. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

His survivors include his wife, Diana Klein; sons, Terry McBride Jr. and wife Andrea and Brian McBride and wife Carmen; daughters, Lorrie McBride, Karry Yarbrough and husband LaJustin, and Kapri McBride; step-son, Jared Klein; step-daughter, Jenny Klein; brothers, Timothy McBride and Ronald McBride and wife Joy; sister, Mary Ellen Jezierski; grandchildren, Brady McBride, Natalyn Crotwell, Nathan McBride, Josie McBride, Ozzie McBride, Makayla McBride, Teagan McBride, LaJustin Yarbrough, Jeremiah Yarbrough, Destiny Yarbrough, and Blayton Auxier; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will be held 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015, on family property at 340 County Road 820 in Nacogdoches.
