March 15, 1963 - June 12, 2025
Jean Robert Jullot, affectionately known as “Jean Claude” or “JJ,” was born on March 15 in the small town of Obas, Pestel, Haiti, to Denise Jullot and Castra Beaubrun. He was the cherished only child of his mother, but through his father, he was blessed with loving half-siblings—sisters Roseline Beaubrun and Lunon Beaubrun, and brother Venel Beaubrun.
JJ entered the United States in 1992 and made a home in Homestead, Florida, where he built a beautiful life surrounded by family, friends, and community. Deeply committed to service, he was an active member of several Haitian community organizations dedicated to giving back to his hometown of Pestel.
For over 30 years, JJ worked with dedication and pride at the Ocean Reef Club & Resort in Key Largo, Florida. There, he became more than just a familiar face—he became family. Known for his warm presence and genuine care, he formed strong bonds with members and colleagues alike, even picking up the game of golf along the way.
JJ was a true gentleman—a classic man who carried himself with confidence, pride, and quiet strength. He was deeply devoted to his family and leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, and community.
He is survived by his beloved children: Nathalie Jullot Kitchens, Zakary Jullot, Yumi Jullot, Jeffrey Jullot, Roodley Jullot, and Christopher Jullot; his treasured granddaughters: Akorra, Akayla, Akaya, and Jayla Marie; and his dear siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family. He is preceded in death by his eldest son, Revilino Jullot, who passed in 2011.
JJ’s sudden passing is a heartbreaking loss to all who knew and loved him, but we find peace in knowing he rests in the arms of the Lord. May his memory be a blessing and his legacy live on in each of us.
