Jonalee P. Beauchesne

Jonalee P. (Dion) Beauchesne, 66 of Nashua, NH passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2012 at Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua. She was born in Nashua on March 30, 1945, the daughter of the late Remi and June (Snyder) Dion.

Jonalee was educated in the Milford, NH school system. She was employed for over nine years as a bus driver for First Student School Bus Transportation Services and most recently as a Special Education Monitor for the Nashua School District. Jonalee was very active with children's activities and had a special love and dedication for children. She was a Cub Scout den mother and den mother coach for several years. She enjoyed making wedding cakes and flower arrangements for her family members. She was an avid Patriot and Red Sox fan and loved making ceramics. Jonalee's greatest and proudest achievement in life was her family. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is predeceased by a brother, Billy Lansil and a brother-in-law, Henry Davis.

She is survived by her loving husband and soul mate of forty-eight years, Gerard A. Beauchesne of Nashua; three sons, Donald Beauchesne and his wife Debra of Gilmanton, NH, Scott Beauchesne and Jamie Lacasse of Nashua, and Patrick Beauchesne and his wife Donna Marie of Nashua; eight sisters, Paulette Davis of Derry, Patricia Dion of Nashua, Marlene Lansil of Hooksett, Shirley Goodwin and her husband Bob of Derry, Kathy Gagnon and her husband Artie of Milford, Connie O’Neal and her husband Martin of Hooksett, Diane Courcy and her husband Patrick of Hooksett and Doreen Evans and her husband Ernie of Nashua; four brothers, Karl Lansil and his wife Kathy of Peterborough, Kenny Dion of Nashua, David Dion and his wife Paula of Nashua, and Bobby Dion and his wife Irene of Nashua; fourteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Calling Hours will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 6 PM to 8 Pm at ZIS-SWEENEY FUNERAL HOME, 26 KINSLEY STREET, NASHUA, NH 03060. A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 10 AM in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Nashua.
