Born in Skowhegan,ME on February 4, 1972, he was the son of Linda Lee Otis (Betts) and Keith H. Murray. He is survived by his daughter Neaveh Murray; Sisters Paula Norraik and Rebecca Kress; 6 nieces and nephews.
Richard was a loving father, brother, and son. People that knew him, enjoyed talking to him. He was liked by all and loved spending time with his family. Richard spent time tinkering with his passion of cars and motorcycles. He worked at Spectex in Dover
