Theresa Levesque

Theresa (Poney) Levesque, 85, a life-long resident of Nashua, NH passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at the Community Hospice House, Merrimack, NH. She was born October 12, 1928 in Nashua, daughter of the late Felix and Alma (Gagnon) Poney.

Mrs. Levesque worked for over 25 years in the electronics industry for Sprague Electric and Sanders Associates. She made beautiful needle work and enjoyed gardening. One of her crowning achievements was the 5 star meals she made, many times made with fresh ingredients from her garden. Mrs. Levesque was also a communicant of St. Louis de Gonzague Parish.

She is survived by her sister; Jeanne Bolis and her husband William of Nashua and by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband; Armand “Slim” Levesque in 2011 and by two sisters; Camille Dubray and Lucille.

Visiting hours will be held Sunday, July 20, 2014 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in the Zis-Sweeney Funeral Home, 26 Kinsley St., Nashua. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00am Monday in St. Louis de Gonzague Parish, 48 W. Hollis St., Nashua. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, 101 Kinsley St., Nashua.
