

Todd Robert Olmsted, 45, of Nashville passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2013 surrounded by his family. Todd was born February 2, 1968 to Bob & Karen (King) Olmsted, who both preceded him in death. He was a life-long resident of Brown County. He was owner & operator of C&O Auto Parts where salvaging & recycling was not just a job to him, but a way of life. Todd enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, 4 wheelin’ & riding bikes with his son, Cooper. He enjoyed spending time with his family & friends & his dog, “Tinker”. His talents were limitless, from salvaging & reconstructing barns, carving wooden bowls & spoons, to being a sculptor of iron works & rock carving.
Todd’s family will receive visitors Monday, December 23 from 4:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home. His Funeral Service will take place Monday at 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Todd wished to be cremated & this will be fulfilled after the service.
Todd was a loving & devoted husband to his wife, Missy (Favors) Olmsted for 23 years. His other survivors include his son, Cooper, sister, Kayla (Scott) Richardson, brother, Eric Olmsted, nieces & nephews, Marra (Tony) Cromer, Kelsey (James) Richardson, Evan Richardson, Brayden Olmsted, & Abel Cromer, aunts, Judy Williamson & Carmen Altop, special cousins, Benita Fox, Beth Mulry, Brett, Bart, & Brad Williamson, & Denise Campbell.
