

Alice married to Burns Cooper on July 15, 1951, in Nashville, TN. She was a devoted wife, mother, homemaker, exceptional cook, seamstress, and quilter. She possessed a deep love for horses, and traveling. As a true farm girl at heart, she embraced the values of hard work and community.
Alice graduated from Warren County High School and pursued further studies at Tennessee Tech in Cookeville. Throughout her life, she was an active member of the Hillsboro Church of Christ and Bellevue Church of Christ. She also enjoyed participating in the Chit Chat Club and the Garden Club.
Alice is survived by her children, Libby Cooper, Rusty (Lori) Cooper, and Mary Alice (Jim) West. She was a proud grandmother to Karl Cooper and Ali Bishop and a cherished great-grandmother to Trace and Stella. She is also survived by her sister, Bettye Koonce.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Burns Cooper; her granddaughter, Valen Cooper and brother, James Dillon.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff and friends at The Meadows for their compassionate care and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bellevue Church of Christ or to an organization of your choice in Alice's memory.
Alice Dillon Cooper will be remembered for her unwavering faith, her nurturing spirit, and her boundless love for her family and community. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
