

The daughter of the late Verner Lee Davis and Grace Binkley Davis, Billie Jean was raised in Nashville and Ashland City, TN. Prior to years of service as a dental assistant, Billie was a homemaker known for her hospitality and wonderful cooking, and you could often find a number of family and friends around the dinner table. A member for many years of Woodbine Freewill Baptist Church, Billie Jean loved Jesus and loved others, and had a servant’s heart.
She was preceded in death by her husband Bill Martin, her daughter Debbie Nash, sister Eloise Cripps, and brothers Talton Davis, JB Davis, and Stanley Davis.

Children Buddy (Ramona) Underwood, Janice (Ted) Lauer, Mike Underwood, Joe Martin, and Renee Reed.
Grandchildren Stacey (Scott) Moses, Tina (Brent) Bridges, Trent Griffin, Ted (Zana) Lauer III, Dezerae (Keith) Spacek, Taylor (Marshall) Riley, William (Karen) Martin, and Annie Reed
Great-Grandchildren Kenneth (Ashley) Moses, Emily Moses, Brandon Moses, Noah Bridges, Seth Bridges, Stephanie (Derek) Thornhill, Cory (Jordan) Lauer, Anika Spacek, Kiefer Riley, and Liam Riley
Great-Great Grandchildren Brynlee & Brooks Moses, and Jett & Thea Jane Thornhill
Brothers George (Carolyn) Davis and Bartley (Linda) Davis, sister in law Faye Davis, and several nieces & nephews
A gathering of family & friends will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 9:00-11:00 a.m. at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Lane, Nashville, TN 37204, followed by a celebration of life at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Rickey Baxley officiating. Pallbearers: Scott Moses, Brandon Moses, Kenneth Moses, Brent Bridges, Noah Bridges, Cory Lauer
