Blake is survived by his parents, Alexander Smith and Tiffany Clarke of Manchester, TN; grandparents, James and Jay Clarke of Manchester, Tennessee and David and Diane Smith of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; aunts and uncles, Amber and Jessica Clarke of Manchester, Crystal Turner of Florida, Andrew Smith of Washington State and Kevin Smith of Arizona.
