Carolyn Greenspan O'Neal

Carolyn Louise Greenspan O'Neal, age 80, passed away on November 11, 2015 in Nashville, TN.

She is a graduate of West End High School and attended Vanderbilt University. She was a former president of the Akiva School PTFA and the Mothers Auxiliary at Montgomery Bell Academy. She was an active tennis player at Hillwood Country Club for 20 years and an avid knitter. She adored and was active in the lives of her husband of 40 years, Cleveland Edward O'Neal (of blessed memory), and her son, Irvine Scott (Anna-Gene) O'Neal and her grandchildren, Ayla Gabriella O'Neal and Cleveland Bates O'Neal. She will be remembered by her family as a loving mother, grandmother and friend to so many.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, November 12 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. at the home of her son Scott (Anna-Gene) O'Neal. Visitation will also be held on Friday, November 13 from 2:30 p.m. until the time of the service at 3:30 p.m. at Congregation Micah, 2001 Old Hickory Blvd, Brentwood, TN.
