Preceded in death by parents, James and Elizabeth Couey; brothers, Lee and Roger Couey and granddaughter, Rylee Couey.
Survived by wife of 44 years, Charlyene Couey; son, Jonathan Couey (Cindy); daughter, Catholene Buckles (Brack); grandchildren, Avery and Maddy Couey, Rebekah, Caleb and Hannah Buckles; other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from four o’ clock in the evening until eight on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at eleven o’ clock in the morning on Thursday, February 4, 2016 at Judson Baptist Church with visitation one hour prior. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
