GIBSON, Charles D. Sr., age 87, passed away on January 17, 2012 after an extended illness. He is predeceased by his brothers, sisters and grandson Michael Gibson. Survived by his wife of 59 years, Velma Lois; son Charles D. Gibson, Jr. (Nancy); daughters Jane Gibson, Becky Gibson and Charlotte Gibson; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from two until eight o’clock in the evening on Wednesday, the 18th of January, at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Service will be held at one o’clock in the afternoon on Thursday, the 19th of January, in Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with visitation held one hour prior the service.
