Chester Phillip Kaufman Jr., age 93 passed away on October 18, 2016 at his home in Nashville. Preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary Rupert Kaufman, and nephew, Michael Leap. Survived by two sons, C. P. (Phillip) Kaufman and Christopher Rupert (Key Englert) Kaufman; five grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Kaufman, Keely Nicole Kaufman, Rebecca Lynn Kaufman, William Clark Kaufman and Katherine Diane Kaufman; two nieces, Carol Startt and Patricia Burton. Celebration of Life Service will be on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at eleven o’clock in the morning, Calvary United Methodist Church, 3701 Hillsboro Pike, Nashville. Gathering of family and friends will be on Tuesday, October 25th from six o’clock until eight o’clock in the evening and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church.
