David was born May 17, 1947 in Nashville, TN son of the late Ollie Lucas and Catherine Hayes Lucas.
He is survived by his girlfriend, Vickie Overton.
Funeral Services will be held at eleven o'clock in the morning Friday, June 6, 2014 in Woodlawn's Dignity Hall. Interment will immediately follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
A Gathering of Friends will be held from four o'clock in the afternoon until eight, Thursday, June 5, 2014
