PUCKETT, Dorothy Lee, age 81, born in Paris, TN on August 6, 1931, went home to her Lord and Savior on May 28, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eulas and Iva Wilson and her husband, George E. Puckett. A loving and caring Mother and Grandmother, she is survived by her children, Larry, Terry, Susan and Randy and grandchildren, Matthew, Justin, David and Jonathan and two daughters by marriage, Sandra and Christy. Dorothy spent her life in Nashville and was a proud and active member of Lakewood Baptist Church. She loved her family, church and friends and in turn was loved by all that knew her. Her loving, gentle and caring spirit will always be felt and treasured by her family and friends. Funeral services will be presided over by Dorothy’s beloved pastor, Rev. Keith Cameron at 11 a.m. on Friday, May 31, 2013 in Hibbett & Hailey Chapel. Interment will follow in Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday and 10 – 11 a.m. Friday.
