MINER, Emma Louise Howe, age 92, passed away on January 15, 2013. She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas Nelson Howe and Birdie Ruth Mitchell Howe of Hawkins Co., TN. Louise is survived by her four children, Sara Miner Harakas, David Alan (Linda) Miner, Cynthia Miner Vernon, and Emory Edward (Casey) Miner; 13 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren. Mrs. Miner was an accountant with the State of Tennessee for 35 years. Visitation with family and friends will be held from four until eight o’clock in the evening on Thursday, the 17th of January, 2013 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. The Celebration of Life Service will be held at ten o’clock in the morning on the Friday, the 18th of January, 2013. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be sent to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
