Glenda graduated from Athens Bible School in Alabama. Upon graduating High School Glenda spent her career helping thousands of people find their dream home as a real estate agent. Glenda was a member of Smith Springs Church of Christ and later Antioch Church of Christ.
Glenda believed in the importance of family and raised two beautiful children. She adored her grand daughters and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her Husband, Jim Garriott and sister, Margaret Davis.
Glenda is survived by her Brothers, Royce (Linda) Wade and Don (Wanda) Wade; Son, Greg (Tempe) Garriott; Daughter, Sherie (Ricky) Poteete; Granddaughters, Tana and Tara Poteete; and three great-grandchildren, Kendra Hayden and Slade.
The family would like to thank both, The Bridge and The Life Care Center at Hickory Woods for their excellent care.
