He is predeceased by his parents, Imogene and Ralph Mullins, his brother, Ralph Glenn Mullins, his brothers-in-law A.B. Brookshere and Paul Mullins, and his niece April.
He is survived by his wife, Diane Mullins, his children Brandon Hurd, Leslie Mullins, and Christopher Secondi, his grandchildren, C.J, Alex, Hunter, DeLyana, Chris Jr, and Keevan.
He is also survived by 4 brothers, Jeff, Randy, Spencer, and Tim, 4 sisters, Peggy, Mearl, Gail, and Diane and their spouses.
He is survived as well by 3 brothers in law, Kenneth, Steve, and Scott, 2 sisters in law, Fran and Kim, their spouses, his mother and father in law, Roy and Donna Jones, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins as well as his many friends and his dog Frosty.
