

With heavy heart the family of Greta Nagl Kremer announce her passing on the morning of January 28, 2021, at her home in Nashville Tennessee.
She was born on August 21, 1932 in Belgrade Yugoslavia to Jakob Nagl and Tereza Animus Nagl of, Mitrovica Yugoslavia.
Greta was a Buddhist practitioner and a valued elder in her local Sangha.
She was dedicated to understanding the heart and mind of her fellow man, as well as spirituality from all corners of the world. She found great meaning and fulfillment in sharing and teaching those who would listen the ways of the Buddha and Christ.
Greta was most proud of her service as a nurse and medical assistant beginning in Austria and through her life. She spoke Croatian, German, and English fluently.
She was a beloved wife, mom, grandma, and great-grandma.
Preceded in death by husband Ivan Kremer. Survived by sons Peter Kremer and Paul Kremer; daughters Jackie Guidry and Veronica Kremer; brother Otto Nagl; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Anyone that know her will remember her as a truly spiritual woman with a deep thirst for knowledge, and for her signature wink.
Celebration of life to be held at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home 2/14/21. Due to the pandemic and limited seating, the service will also be streamed on Greta’s Facebook, as well as a provided link from the funeral home.
In addition we will hold a Sukhavati, a traditional Tibetan Buddhist ceremony performed for someone who has passed, outside of her home on Valentine’s morning at 10am. This will also be streamed on her Facebook
