Griffin Kempf Bauer passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2017 in Nashville, TN. He is preceded in death by grandparents, William and Rosemary Bauer, and Louis and Patricia Catignani Murray. Griffin is survived by his mother, Christy Ann Murray; his father, William Robert Bauer; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Griffin was a student at MTSU and was also an Eagle Scout.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 1, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Marshall Donnelly Combs Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ the King Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
Mike Smiley, Tommy Allen, Charles Alvis, Larry Hines, Gregory Cochran, and Steve Murray will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Christ the King School, Father Ryan or the Nashville Humane Association.
