

Halmon was born in Mt. Pleasant, TN on April 7, 1942, and was educated in the Mt. Pleasant School District. Halmon was preceded in death by his Parents: Leonard Lowe Sr., and Ollie Lowe; Sisters: Mildred Church, Ann Fitzpatrick, Marjorie Vester, Reba Frierson, Ollie Monette Havis; Brother: Leonard Lowe Jr.; Son: Marcus Allen Lowe; Daughter: Inga Lowe; First Wife: Linda Patterson Lowe; and his Second Wife; Shirley Ann Lowe.
Halmon is survived by his Children: Joseph Moss, Felicia Fregene, Halmon Lowe Jr., and Cynthia Bledsoe (devoted daughter); Stepchild: Tasha Phillips; He also leaves to cherish his memory a host of many Grandchildren: devoted Anna (Ahmad) Ferguson, Dannye Ivey Jr., Ebony (Curtis) Gladden, La Tonia (Garreth) Innell, Leonard Bledsoe, Makiya Lowe, Mya Lowe, Troy Jordan, Joseph Jordan, Joey Jordan, Michael Street, Wykeem (Leanne) Talib, LaCresha Lowe, Keosha Lowe, Darius Lowe, Issac Fregene, Sade Fregene, Tavaris Phillips, Terell Phillips, Caleel Jackson, Shacara Lowe, Isabelle White, Haley Black; many loving great and great great grandchildren; nephews; cousins; and friends.
Halmon was raised in the Church of Christ faith by his parents in Mt. Pleasant.
He later gave his life back to God in his later years.
Our loved one spent his life as a hard-worker. First with the Balz Brothers Packing; Later, Halmon founded and owned Hal’s Nite Tire Service for over 45 years. At one time, he became a Mason while in Tennessee.
Halmon was the “best dad, grand-dad, brother, and uncle,” He enjoyed fishing with his boat and duck hunting. He was a friend to all who met him.
“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens; Time to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to uproot.” (Eccl. 3:1-2)
