Helen married Billy Tidwell. She received her Master's in Early Childhood Education working as a teacher primary for kindergarten to 2 grade, where she retired. Helen loved spending time with their best friends Joe and Betty Kennedy, enjoying numerous things. She was a loving, and caring mother. Helen was a member of the Crieve Hall Church of Christ.
Helen is survived by her sons, Alex (Katt Haggstrom) Tidwell, and Mark (Kathy) Tidwell; Daughter Karen McBee; 18 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Helen was preceded in death by her husband Billy Tidwell and her son, Chris Tidwell
