Mr. James Robert “Bob” Jarrett age 66, of Murfreesboro, TN, passed away on Monday, July 24, 2017. Mr. Jarrett was born in Nashville, TN, on March 10, 1951, the son of the late Charles Edward Jarrett and Mary Louise Jarrett. He served in the United States Air Force. In addition to his parents, Mr. Jarrett was preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Mingle and a brother, George Edward Jarrett. Survivors include his wife of fifteen years, Sherry L. Jarrett; two daughters, Sara (Mark) Dillon and Victoria (John Wayne) Johnson; four grandchildren, Tyler Dillon, Jordan Lee Conningham, Karah Gayle Conningham, and Dalton Chase Johnson; a great-grandson, Wyatt Robinson; two sisters, Mattie Ruth Davis and Leona Hester Lovell; a brother, Donald Eugene Jarrett; and a sister-in-law, Glenda Jarrett. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, July 28, 2017, at one o’clock, Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with Eddie Slaubaugh officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn’s Cross Mausoleum. Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Thursday from two o’clock until eight o’clock and Friday from nine o’clock until the funeral hour at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
