McCroskey, Jim L., age 71 of Nashville, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2011. Preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Louie McCroskey and sister, Sara Jean Bonds. Survived by loving wife, Bettye McCroskey; sons, Allen (Dewayne) McCroskey, John McCroskey and Jeff (Jennifer) McCroskey; grandchildren, Taylor, Conner and Cara, Dillan, Kenzie and Aidan McCroskey; brother, John Dawson McCroskey. Jim was an avid pilot and loved flying. He was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church and a member of McWhirtersville Lodge. He was the owner and manager of Tech Industrial Sales. Funeral Services will be conducted at 12:30 pm Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Chapel with Rev. Keith Cameron officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Taylor & Conner McCroskey, Scott & Bill Ellis, Raymond Burnett, Tim Tilley & Ramel Bailey will serve as Pallbearers.
