Brother Beals was such a kind, strong, and humble man. Rest In Peace and Love my brother. Our Condolences to Granny Beals, Wesley, Jim, and family.

Mr. Beals was a larger than life figure to me. Jimmy & I were buddies and I remember him well. Godspeed & condolences to all. Especially Ms. Lucille. 

Granny Beals as with so many others, knew me before I knew her as she watched over us in the nursery at Beacon Baptist Church. She watched over my kids.
My earliest memory of John was seeing him climb out of the driver's seat of one of the old Volkswagon vans that Beacon Baptist had bringing kids to church before bus ministries were thought of.
Faithful is the word I think of, thinking of them.
Granny, our prayers are with you!

Granny Beals and Mr. John took care of all the kids in my clan ,,,they were very loved and respected by all ,,My mom and dad ,Pat n Dennis Haun ,,loved them dearly and have probably already met up with them in heaven .

Mrs. Lucille, Wendell & I have fond memories of the days when we attended Beacon Baptist in Nashville at the same time you and Mr. Beal were there.  Our sympathy and prayers for you at this time.  Cheryl Truitt

I loved John and Granny.  Granny is my first memory of church.  She took care of me my sister Loretta and my little brother Wesley.  I Love this couple so much! You both will have great Heavenly rewards! 

It's been many years but I grew up at Beacon Baptist Church, and they (Granny Beals & Bro. John) were always there.  So sorry for your loss. Lifting you all up in prayer in the days ahead. God bless! My parents (David & Dorothy Pruitt) thought the world of him (both he and Granny) I’m sure they’re two of the faces he will recognize there! 

I met Brother Beals and Granny over 30 years ago!! We had a lot of laughs while they was at Beacon! He was always very faithful!!  Praying for Granny and the rest of the Family during this time!! Heaven Gets Sweeter All The Time!!

We first met Bro. John in 1974 when we began going to Beacon Baptist Church in Nashville TN. It was a joy knowing him and his wife.

I have know John Beals for over 60 years! We moved next door to them when I was 4 years old. He was a great neighbor! They moved away to Murfreesboro about 15 to 20 years ago and I lost track of him and Lucille. Just recently got to be friends with Lynda on Facebook and saw pictures of them! Great memories!! I pray for peace for all his family!

One my favorite last memories with my Paw Paw was getting to come over and cut his hair for him ❤️ He will be greatly missed.
