LANGLEY, Joyce Moody – Age 86, died June 21, 2012. Joyce is predeceased by her son, Carl Duncan; sisters, Ivy Greer, Louise Sherrill, and Marie Poston; husband, Wilburn (Bud) Langley; and her parents, Robert and Eunice Hodges Moody. Joyce is survived by her sister, Eva Moody Arnett, granddaughters, Kathy Duncan Lawson, Karen Duncan and her husband Jeffery Hair; two great-grandchildren, Brian Lawson and Elizabeth Lawson Tuten and her husband Terry, and one great-great granddaughter, Tehya Lawson. Also survived by daughter-in-law, Elaine Duncan. Joyce retired from Bell South in 1981 where she worked as an Operator and Customer Service Representative. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 23, 2012 with Rev. Dwight Gunter of Trevecca Community Church officiating. Visitation will be today from 4-8 p.m. at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, and again one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Interment will immediately follow the service at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Family will serve as active pallbearers.
