Julian Andrew Thompson

Julian Andrew Thompson, age 70, of Nolensville, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, May 23, 2021. Julian was born in Nashville, Tennessee on October 3, 1950, son of Julian C. Thompson & Audrey N Penman. He attended and graduated from Donelson High School in 1968, and had a long career in pharmaceutical sales with McKesson.

Julian married Penny Still on November 4, 1973 in Nashville, she survives. Julian had a passion for music, and was especially fond of classic rock-n-roll. He was also a talented woodworker and an avid reader. Most of all his greatest joy in life was spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife of 47 years, Penny, Julian is survived by his children; Michael (Melissa) McTavish; Joshua Thompson, and Rebekah (Jason) Cloud, grandchildren; Brian McTavish, Alexandria McTavish, Michael Cloud, George Cloud, John Lawson Cloud; two sisters, Jane (Roberta) Thompson & Patricia Penman. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Henry Thompson

A visitation for Julian will be Friday, May 28, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. Funeral service in his honor will be Friday, May 28, 2021 at 1:00 PM, at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home, 660 Thompson Ln, Tennessee. Julian will be laid to rest on Friday, May 28, 2021 at Mt Olivet Cemetery, 1101 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, Tennessee.
