30 years later from high school and a young man who dated and rode his bicycle to see you from Park Ridge remembers the magic that was. God Bless Kara and all who are better for knowing her in their lives. I am.

Blessings to the family,  I never met Kara in person, I had the pleasure of working with her a on a few occasions last year, she left an impression because she had a great willing to help attitude, she will be missed by all.

I just found out throught SHS Alumni Association bulletin. As a foreign student from Venezuela at Stevenson High School, class of '84, I made very little friends. Kara was one of them. I'll never forget her. I am very sorry for your loss. God bless her soul.

I only learned of Kara's passing today. Having the pleasure of working with Kara for so many years and knowing how much joy she brought to others life it is with great sadness to learn of her passing. I know Chris, Cody, other family members and friends will keep her spirit alive.

Kara was my sister, one of my best friends, my confidant, and always my "voice of reason." She loved without judgment, gave from her heart and loved from her soul.
