Age 98 of Nashville, TN. Born on the 25th of January, 1916.
Preceded in death by her parents, Cora Lee and Bailey Peyton Woodall; husband, Thomas Edward (Jack) Cayce, Sr.; son, Thomas Edward Cayce, Jr.; brothers, Mac Woodall, Robert (Bill) Woodall, and John H. Woodall; and her great-grandson, Marcus DeWayne Fuhrer.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Cayce Fuhrer (Bobby) and Harriet Cayce Turner (Ron); 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Dorothy Woodall; several nieces and nephews; and "daughter-in-law," Cathy Cayce Ralston.
She is also survived by special friends, Billie J. Boshers and Lola Sorrows.
She worked for the Lifeway Christian Resources for many years, and was also a charter member of the Harsh Chapel Baptist Church and a member of Glenwood Baptist Church for many years.
Visitation will be held at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home this evening, the 9th of September, 2014, from six o'clock until eight o'clock, with an Eastern Star (Chapter 144) ceremony at the conclusion of the visitation.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at three o'clock on Wednesday afternoon, the 10th of September, 2014, in Woodlawn's Dignity Hall with Rev. Lemuel Wade and Rev. Rodger Eakin officiating. The family will again receive friends two hours prior to the beginning of the service.
Entombment to follow at Woodlawn's Cross Mausoleum.
