

Marion Joyce Lovell, age 82 of Kingston Springs, Tennessee departed this life on January 21, 2021. She was born on October 27, 1938 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late Harry Samuel and Mary Elizabeth Duke Parman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William T. Lovell, Sr., daughter, Theresa Lovell Dailey, siblings, Charles Parman and Harold Parman.
She is survived by her children, William T. (Jamie) Lovell, Jr. of Kingston Springs, TN, Michael Anthony Lovell of Nashville, TN, Paul Stephen (Robyn) Lovell of Dickson, TN, Phillip J. (Kerri) Lovell, Murfreesboro, TN and Jennifer Lovell (Steve) Stine of Lafayette, TN; 13 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter; sister, Ginny Vowell of Florida and brother, Gary Parman of Pleasant View, TN
Joyce was a loving mother of six children. She was a member of Saint Edwards Catholic church where she sang in the choir. After retirement she and her husband enjoyed traveling both throughout the United States and abroad in Europe. Her hobbies also included camping, fishing, sewing, cooking, ceramics, painting, gardening, flowers, and loved swimming. Her greatest accomplishment in life, was her children and grandkids.
She is the current angler record holder in the State of Tennessee for a 54 pound Black Buffalo on a 10lb Test line.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from one until five o'clock in the Afternoon on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at eleven o'clock in the morning on Sunday, January 24, 2021 in Dignity Hall of Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home with Interment to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
