Patricia Eloise Geasley, of Nashville, Tennessee, passed away surrounded by the love of her family and friends. Born in Nashville to Frances Grubbs and James Grubbs, Patricia lived a life filled with creativity, kindness, and a deep love for nature and animals.
Patricia retired from National Life Insurance Company after more than 35 years of dedicated service. Outside of work, she found joy in painting, gardening, and caring for animals. She had a true artistic spirit and a remarkable green thumb that brought beauty wherever she went. Her gentle heart and love for life touched all who knew her.
She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Wade Cordell; her brother, Jimm Grubbs; her sister, Dianne True; her significant other, Loyd Grimes; and many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Mendell Cordell; her son, Kerry Todd Cordell; and her second husband, Daniel Geasley.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home & Woodlawn Memorial Park.
Patricia will be remembered for her artistic soul, her nurturing spirit, and the love she shared with her family, friends, and animals throughout her life.
