Rhonda Diane Kirby

Rhonda D. Kirby, age 52 of Mount Juliet passed away February 23, 2015. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Tiffany Ann Kirby, and her father, James C. Hughes. Rhonda is survived by her husband of 33 years, Wayne B. Kirby; her two daughters, April and Autumn Kirby; her mother, Donna L. Hughes; her sister Barbara Hatten, and her brother James Charles Hughes. Rhonda, or more lovingly referred to as “Mama”, “Auntie”, “Aunt Rhonda” and “Numbers”, had a heart bigger than words could describe. She lent a hand to anyone who needed it, no matter the cost to herself. She had a love for tye-dye shirts, pretty necklaces, animals, oldies music, fishing and most of all her Savior, Jesus Christ. Rhonda made this world a better place to live, her generosity was contagious and her love for her family and friends was a love that was unmatchable. She was loved by so many and will forever live in the hearts of those who knew her. Though Rhonda is no longer with us physically, her joy will live on through our laughs, her generosity will live on through her two girls who she loved and cherished more than life itself. Family and friends will gather Thursday, February 26, 2015 from ten o’clock in the morning until two-thirty in the afternoon at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at two-thirty in the Dignity Hall at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton with interment following in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
