I am so very sorry for you and your family's loss. My thought and prayers are with you and your family.

I only knew Bob for a few short years, but he became a part of my bus buds family.  He drove my bus and he was totally awesome, always had a smile and was able to inject humor into my life.  I was so blessed when he started coming to our 37Xers dinners and brought along his wonderful wife.  Bob and Carolyn are such awesome people.  Bob will be deeply missed but I will always remember his sparkling smile and his twinkling blue eyes!  RIP Bob you touched lots of lives in this world. Love to you Carolyn, you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Carolyn, I am so sorry. My mind races back in time; we were 10 playing for the little league Pirates. We thought we were so big. The going away party in my den, with Bobby, Roger and Jerry, when Bobby went in the Navy. We drank so much beer. Even my dad drank a beer toast with us. That funny looking car you and he bought from me, and then traded back. I know you have a thousand memories of great times with Bobby; you have been blessed, and the rest of us are so much better off because we knew him. You will always hold him in your heart, and those good memories will last forever.

I will always remember those sparkling blue eyes and quick smile - many high school memories are associated with the entire Meeks family.  Carolyn, I hope your grief is soon replaced with wonderful memories that you and Bob made thru the years.

Worked with Bobby for twenty years at Roadway. He seemed to have a smile on his face every day. He will be missed. My heart goes out to his family.

I knew Bob for 59 years and Carolyn for 50+.  Bobby was a good man and he was always fun to be around.  He made the world a better place and he will be missed.  Bob and I even spent a few days together in the early 70's when his ship, the Forrestal, was in port in Athens Greece (I was at the Navy Base in Nea Makri).  My condolences for the entire family, I will keep you all in my prayers.  May God grant you grace and strength.

I wish that there were some words to help you through this terrible time, but I know that no word can heal the void you are now feeling. I am so sorry for your loss.

We are so sorry for your loss!  We enjoyed getting to know him for the past year or so on the third Thursday for Mexican dinner. Just saw him the night before this happened.  Prayers to Carolyn and family.

Sorry to hear about Bob, I worked with him at Roadway for many years. He was a great guy and will surely be missed.
