Ronnie L. Boatright of La Vergne, TN passed away on December 30, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Peggy J. Boatright.; his children, Alicia Sawyer and Derek Boatright; his grandchildren, Simona Hyatt and Christopher ‘C.J.’ Sawyer Jr; His siblings Judy Pinson Speulda (Wes) and Thomas Pinson (Osha). His nephews Stan Davis and Shane Davis.
He is predeceased by his parents James Benton Boatright and Thelma Aileen Frost Boatright; and his brother Jimmy Pinson.
He will be dearly missed by his former wife, Evelyn Boatright, a host of extended relatives, many good friends, and his colleagues.
Ronnie served for the Metro Sherriff's Department for many years as a corrections officer. Ronnie enjoyed many passions such as fishing, golf, tennis, and more. He loved sports of any kind but especially rooted for the Titans, Braves, and the Vols.
