Say Phengnoi passed away on August 3, 2014. Visitation will be held at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home on August 8, 2014 from four to eight o'clock in the evening. Funeral service will be held at two-thirty in the afternoon on August 9, 2014 at Woodlawn.
