Walter was an avid sports fan including Nascar racing, baseball, football, and golf.
Due to his illness he retired as owner and operator from the masonry business.
Preceded in death by parents, Samuel and Edna Davis; brothers, Buddy, Sonny Boy, and Charlie; and sister, Christine.
Walter is survived by wife of 32 years, Teresa K. Davis; daughter, Kim Davis; sister, Ann Crowell; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held from three o’ clock in the afternoon until eight on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at Woodlawn Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at one o’ clock in the afternoon on Thursday, February 11, 2016 at Woodlawn’s Dignity Hall with visitation one hour prior.
