

On June 23, 1962, Willa married Brantley B. Paget in Louisville, Kentucky. In the years that followed, they moved to Nashville, Tennessee and made it their home.
Willa built a steady and valued career as a receptionist and bookkeeper, serving with care and reliability at Genesco, Truck Stops of America, Lifeway, and Belmont Heights Baptist Church. A faithful member of Crievewood Baptist Church, she lived with quiet devotion and a consistent presence in the life of her church community.
Willa also found deep enjoyment in sewing and crafts, pursuits that reflected her patient attention to detail and the simple satisfaction of making something by hand.
Willa is survived by her daughter, Elise Paget Aric; grandchildren, Dalton Aric, Peyton Aric, and Gracie Aric Damewood; great-grandchildren, Carsen Aric, Camden Aric, Ellie Aric, Harper Damewood, and Shiloh Aric; and her brother, Kenny Jeffries.

A gathering of family & friends will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026 from 10:00 am till 12:00 pm at Crievewood Baptist Church, 480 Hogan Rd, Nashville, TN 37220 followed by Celebration of Life service at 12:00 pm. Graveside service will be on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 1:30pm at Woodlawn Memorial Park, 660 Thompson Ln, Nashville, TN 37204.
