WILKERSON JR., William Carl “Wilkie” age 86 yrs. Died Sunday, March 11, 2012. Preceded in death by wife Mary Frances Wilkerson. Survived by sons Steve (Jane) Wilkerson, Jeff (Sue) Wilkerson, and Gary (Kay) Wilkerson; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and special friend and caregiver Elaine Nutt. Mr. Wilkerson was a WW II veteran and also the owner of Wilkies Safety Lane. Chapel services will be held 11:30 a.m. Friday March 16, 2012 at Marshall Donnelly Combs Funeral Home. Entombment to follow at Harpeth Hills Memory Gardens. Memorial may be made to Alive Hospice. Visitation with the family 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday March 15, 2012 and 9:30 until service time Friday at MARSHALL DONNELLY COMBS FUNERAL HOME
