Josefina Dalmacio Galang

Josefina was born in the Philippines on July 25, 1952 to Lino and Anastacia Dalmacio. She was the cherished “bunso,” the youngest and only daughter among her siblings. Her four older brothers are Pete Javier, Mario Javier, Fred Dalmacio, and Ricardo Dalmacio.

Josefina lived a life rooted in love, faith, and devotion. She is survived by her beloved husband, Roberto Galang, whom she considered her greatest blessing from God; her children, Dennis Galang and Jessica Gilchrist; her son-in-law, Sean Gilchrist; her sister-in-law, Yolanda Galang; brothers Pete Javier and Ricardo Dalmacio; and a large, loving extended family who will forever hold her in their hearts. Her selfless love, generosity, unwavering faith, and strength touched everyone who knew her.

Josefina’s family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to all who have offered prayers, love, and support during this time of sorrow. We take comfort in knowing that she now rests in the arms of our Lord, free from pain and filled with peace and joy everlasting.

We hold fast to the hope that Josefina is waiting for us in Heaven, where we will be together again in God’s eternal embrace.
