Richard Everett Horton born July31, 1931 in Keokuk, Iowa passed away on June 23, 2016 while on vacation. He is survived by 5 siblings LaDonna, Nancy Carla, Holly and Bill. 5 children, Judy, Wayne, Rick, Deborah, and Tina. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren and great great children. He was a proud military man of 20 years, who served in two foreign wars. He also worked 20 years for the postal service. He was a swap meet enthusiast. He enjoyed cars and the beach.
