Dad leaves to mourn his wife of 65 years, Marie; his three children: son Rod (Angie), daughters Karen Verasky (Bill) and Brenda MacDonnell (Rod); six grandchildren who he adored: Marissa Brown (Jason), Ryan Hintz (Mackenzie), Ty Verasky (Kelsey), Haileigh Verasky (Logan), Aidan MacDonnell and Ian MacDonnell; two great-grandchildren Finn and Theo Holmstrom; sisters Edna Otto (Rolly), Loreen Kenyon, Adeline Kopp, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the amazing staff of 3NE at Concordia Hospital for their compassionate care for Dad in his last days.

Dad’s funeral will take place on Friday, July 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Peace Lutheran Church, 350 Gilmore Avenue.

Donations in honour of Dad may be made to the Peace Lutheran Memorial Fund or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
