On October 15, 2013 Charles passed away at his residence at the age of 81.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Bernice; step-son Donald (Liz); grandchildren Michael and Kim; sister in law Mildred; sisters Kathleen, Lilian and Irene; as well as several nieces, nephews and good friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Robert and Clara; brothers James, Robert, William, and Lawrence; sisters Laura, Margaret, Anne, and Evelyn.
Charles lived life on the farm and loved his work.
The service for Charles was held Wednesday, October 23, 2013, 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home.
Donations may be made to the Dugald Community Club.
