Edward Drebit

It is with sadden hearts on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the Poseidon Care Home in Winnipeg Manitoba, the family announces the passing of Edward Drebit at the age of 80 years.

Edward was born in Grandview, Manitoba. After he left Grandview he moved to Winnipeg where he worked for Simon-Day, and then for CN where he worked for 23 years before retiring.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife Jeanne (Gobeil) of 48 years, their children Richard (Krista), Lisa (Dom), and his beloved grandchildren Jean-Marc, Gilles, and Luc. He also leaves his two brothers Victor and Peter as well as many friends and family. Edward was predeceased by his parents Metro and Tillie (Yurkiw) and his brother William.
