

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Phil Sarrasin at the age of 92 following a lengthy illness. Remaining to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife Anna, of 13 years of marriage; sons, Eugene Sarrasin (Patti) of Red Deer, AB and Daniel Sarrasin; grandchildren, Robert, James and Gary; granddaughter Ella, as well as numerous relatives and friends. He is also survived by Anna’s children; Brian (Lucy), Diane, Donald (Colleen), Suzanne (Leo); 11 grandchildren, their spouses and 9 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Pearl of 52 years of marriage and all of his numerous brothers and sisters.
Phil was born in Ste. Elizabeth, MB and spent most of his life in Winnipeg. Phil was a devout Catholic and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He worked as a self-employed upholsterer for most of his life and in retirement was always tinkering in the workshop on projects. His passions included dancing, cards, golf, bowling and curling. He will be sadly missed by all those whose lives he touched and forever in our hearts.

Burial information: Private Family Interment at Green Acres Cemetery
