It is with unbelievable sadness we announce the passing of Wayne Baniuk on July 9, 2024 at St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 71 years.
Left to cherish his memory til Eternity’s end is his beloved wife Judy; children Cheryl (David) and Jason (Jamie and grandson Athrun); sisters Gloria (Robert) and Gladys (Marvin), Wes and Janelle and their 3 girls; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents Michael and Lucy Baniuk, and brothers Richard and Donald.
Wayne was a very generous man with the best sense of humour. and he loved his family more than anything else. He would do anything for them. Wayne was also a ‘techie’ who loved computers, technology, and photography.
Wayne worked retail for most of life. He worked his way up to District Manager at Sobeys, then went on to work for RBC before having to retire early due to illness.
Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial service will be held at Green Acres Funeral Home.
