Betty Jean Hardy;98, of Clarksville, Indiana, passed away on February 23, 2024. Betty was born in on May 7, 1925 in Pittsburg Kansas to the late Harry and Nellie (Powell) Hale. She was married for 66 years to the late Francis L. Hardy.
She was preceded in death by her husband Francis Hardy her daughter Susan Zollman and her grandson Christopher Zollman. Betty is survived by her son Michael Hardy and his wife Corrine; and her daughter, Jill Hudgins.
She had five grandsons, Michael Scott, Matthew Ray, Patrick Wayne Hardy, Aaron Zollman and Nathan Hudgins. She loved to trail and was an avid painter. She was a member of Beechland Baptist Church.
A visitation for Betty will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
Betty will be laid to rest in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
