Betty Irene Holland, 93, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021. Betty was born May 16, 1928. She was born on May 16, 1928 in Leavenworth, Indiana to the late Elvin and Faye Goldman. She was retired from General Electric, Bacon's Department Store and Indiana Army Ammunition Plant.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bryan Edward Holland; a son, Brent Holland; a daughter-in-law, Betty L. Holland; and a brother, William Goldman.
Betty is survived by three sons, William E. Holland, Bruce E. Holland and Bryan D. Holland; grandchildren, Jason (Crystal) Sams, Derrick (Jennifer) Holland, Billy (Amy) Sams, Melissa (Adam) Bratcher, Daniel Holland, James Holland; and numerous great-grandchildren.
A memorial visitation for Betty will be held Monday, August 23, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150. Memorial service will be Monday, August 23, 2021 at 4:00 PM, at the funeral home. Inurnment will be in New Albany National Cemetery, 1943 Ekin Avenue, New Albany, Indiana 47150 on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at 2:30 PM.
